TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are in € and include VAT. The shipping cats are not included in the price that appears in the description of the article, since it will be calculated depending on the chosen shipping option. The shipping cost may be subject to later recalculations depending on the characteristics of the package and will be informed to the customer for email.

We accept most credit cards.

DELIVERY

The delivery will be made within the term indicated in the description of the chosen delivery method. We are not responsible for errors in addresses or returns on delivery. We would contact the client for resubmission.

RETURNS

At D.S.BILLAR SPORT LINE SL, we offer refund and/or exchange within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

* Your item must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received it.

* The item must be in the original packaging.

EXCHANGES

*All items that are defective or damaged from the factory will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to d.s.billar@gmail.com and send the item to Federico García Lorca street, number 4, C.P.08160 Montmelo, Barcelona, Spain.

REFUNDS

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

* If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

* If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by email at d.s.billar@gmail.com.

SHIPPING

* Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. It should be sent to the following address: DS BILLAR SPORT LINE, calle Federico Garcia Lorca, nº4, C.P.08160 Montmelo, Barcelona, Spain.

* You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.

* Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

* Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

*Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
